Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Spring 2026

The Joliet Catholic Hockey Club (JCHC) recognizes that unforeseen circumstances may affect a player’s ability to participate after registration. To maintain fairness and ensure the financial stability of the program, the following refund policy is in effect: 1. Refunds Prior to Season Commencement • A full refund of registration fees, less any applicable administrative or processing costs, will be granted if a written request is submitted prior to the first official practice. 2. Refunds After Season Commencement • Once practices and/or games have begun, registration fees are non-refundable. This policy applies to voluntary withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, or changes in player interest. • Refunds may only be considered in the case of a season-ending medical condition, substantiated by appropriate documentation. Any approved refund will be prorated to reflect the portion of the season completed. 3. Uniforms, Equipment, and Ancillary Fees • Fees related to uniforms, spirit wear, equipment, or other non-recoverable expenses are non-refundable once items have been ordered or distributed. • League fees and ice rental costs, which are paid in advance, are also non-refundable once the season has commenced.
